Test Engineer

ASMPT is the world’s largest assembly and packaging equipment supplier and the world’s third largest SMT equipment supplier. ASMPT ALSI designs, builds, and sells machines with proprietary multi-beam laser cutting technology and processes for dicing semiconductor wafers and grooving low-K wafers. It is the Advanced Laser Technology Centre of the ASMPT Group.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Test Engineer you are responsible for the final testing of the Laser Separation System. You will work with the Innovation team and will edit, develop, execute, and report the verification and validation tests at system level. It concerns the test execution for new software and hardware functionality and regression tests. The tests will need to be prepared and executed in close collaboration with the colleagues of the Software, the Innovation, Application & Process development, and Service groups.
