Test Development Lab Engineer

The Test Development Lab Engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily technical operations of the Test Lab. This includes the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of Automated Test Equipment (ATE), managing lab environment, health and safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards, and providing technical support for test program development. You will be the point of contact for equipment vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure maximum lab uptime and testing efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure routine maintenance and calibration on machines and equipment are on time.

Lab Operations & Safety: Monitor and maintain lab environments and ESD protection programs.

Incident Management: Respond to facility issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs to minimize operational downtime.
