Job Description

SUMMARY

:

  • Design ICtest solution for both R&D debugging and production test release for NPI projects



  • Support Design/Product/Quality & Reliability teams on ATE test & data analysis during NPI projects



  • Work on yield improvement, test time reduction, tester platform conversion, new CMI projects, etc..



  • Support and debug production test issues, customer return case, support Application/Quality & Reliability teams to analyze failures with ATE test data.



  • Experience in test development, multi-site test programming, tester platforms.


    • RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Hardware design with Altium software.



  • DFT review with designers to figure out feasibility and optimize test method.



  • Program coding generating, debugging & releasing.



  • ATE evaluation report with yield, bin summary, distribution analysis...
