About the role

As a Test Development Engineer at AcBel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.', you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical and electronic products. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing innovative test solutions to assess the performance and functionality of our cutting-edge technologies.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, procedures, and processes to ensure product quality and reliability for power supply and SPS products.
  2. Design, build, qualify, and automate test equipment, fixtures, and error-proofing systems to improve testing efficiency.
  3. Analyze test data, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions for test-related failures and escapes.
