Test Development Engineer

Job Description

To work independently on the following task.

1. To setup derivative test systems for product lines based on CoC guideline with following requirement:
   • To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within planned budget.
   • On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig purchase)
   • Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
   • To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown effectively and maintain test systems in achieving FOR (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)
2. To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement in test system.
