Test & Debug Technician

This role is responsible for functional testing, diagnosing, and repairing printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure compliance with performance and quality standards. The technician utilizes test equipment, schematics, and technical documentation to identify faults and repair down to the component level.
Your tasks
Perform rudimentary and functional testing on PCB assemblies using test fixtures and test system
Troubleshoot and repair defective boards to the component level using schematics and test equipment
Document failure modes, repair actions, and test results accurately in logs or databases
Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment effectively
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring board-level failures
Communicate findings and recommendations to production, engineering and quality teams
