Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience in Test Data Management and QA leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more TDM tools: Informatica TDM, CA TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of data masking, subsetting, cloning, and synthetic data generation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Experience in test automation frameworks and integrating TDM with automation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of data virtualization and synthetic data generation techniques.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
