Test Data Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Value Stream (VS) leads and teams to gather and align test data requirements
• Translate test requirements into data needed for testing and case scenarios using one-pagers
• Establish a clear intake process for capturing requirements using ADO (Azure DevOps) as the central repository
• Drive creation and expansion of test data in the relevant Q system for end-to-end test scenarios across multiple VS
• Review and resolve challenges and dependencies between data sets across different VS
• Prepare data load templates and load data into S4HANA systems
• Address missing configurations during data preparation by coordinating with VS contacts
• Validate data load results and ensure proper implementation of transformation rules
• Confirm completeness and accuracy of test data before creation
