Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project scope and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in planning and prioritizing requirements with stakeholders
  • Analyse and improve business processes, including data flows
  • Create user stories, prototypes, and solution designs
  • Identify constraints and collaborate to deliver optimal solutions
  • Provide feature sign-off on behalf of the Product team when required
  • Develop and execute test cases, documenting findings
  • Challenge and refine specifications, considering alternatives
  • Conduct research on requirements, best practices, and methodologies
  • Contribute to user experience design
  • Prepare technical specifications and user documentation
  • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines

Job Experience and Skill Required

  • BSc in Information Science Degree
  • ISTQB certified
  • 4 years of QA Experience...
