Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement test strategies, mentor junior testers, and align QA processes with business goals.
Automation & Manual Testing: Expertise in Java, JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, Cypress, Playwright, and designing POM & Hybrid frameworks.
Test Management & Agile: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile Scrum, and Sprint planning.
CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Skilled in Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Eclipse, VS Code, and Docker for test automation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality releases.
Test Execution: Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Cross-Browser, and Mobile Compatibility Testing.
Framework Development: Build and maintain automation frameworks for frontend testing, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
