- play a key role in maintaining and improving of the test automation frameworks for our trading platform
- design and develop complex features for our custom test tooling landscape
- lead the design and implementation of test scripts using Python (TestComplete) and other relevant tools
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- continuously adapt and improve the test automation practices and processes
- stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies
- Execute, monitor, troubleshoot and report incidents/defects on test failures
