Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Test Area Manager** to join our team! This is a **hybrid** position with two days a week onsite in **Washington, D.C.** .
The Test Area manager provides test and evaluation oversight, planning, execution, data management, and reporting across multiple programs.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Perform T&E technical analysis within integrated program teams, providing technical advisory and system integrator oversight to government division leads.
+ Evaluate system effectiveness and suitability in operationally constrained environments, ensuring alignment with top-level requirements.
+ Develop sound test data collection approaches to ensure gathered data can be analyzed to provide objective evidence of overall system performance.
