Test Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Write and execute
  test scenarios and scripts
  to support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
• Document
  functional and end-user test cases
  based on business requirements and design docs.
• Perform
  functional testing
  to ensure system matches configuration workbooks.
• Execute test cases
  , log/document issues, and support defect resolution with dev teams.
• Mentor junior test analysts, provide guidance on methodology.
• Support
  UAT
  by preparing scenarios and assisting end users during test execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as
  Sr. Test Analyst
  , ideally with
  SuccessFactors or HRIS
  .
• Strong understanding of
  HR processes
  : recruitment/onboarding, employee data management, leave, learning management, performance management, compensation.
