Pay and Hours

• Colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour; increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25.
• Night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am.
• Additional payments may apply depending on location.
• Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week; flexible options for 12 hours if desired.
