**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
These are all of the great day to day activities you’ll be involved in;
**DRIVE TRAINING STRATEGY**
+ _Provide leadership as a training expert and change-leadership champion._
+ _Consistently leverage training tools and platforms to support in-store training._
+ _Use the seasonal training calendar, onboarding cadence, global /geo program rollouts and initiatives and Pre-Season Rally’s to determine channel training strategies, plans and needs._
