CORE PROFILE:
The
Territory Solutions Lead
is a results-oriented and experienced sales personnel that manages relations with accredited partner & agents. They drive the achievement of the daily daily/monthly/quarterly/annual targets through its partners & aggregator. It is expected that the individual has area sales & financial management expertise in the assigned territory both in operational / day-to-day management and competitor monitoring.

What you need to succeed:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manages the total growth of the Area assigned in terms of Maya GTV & Uses Cases of the MSME segment.
  • Grow the business in the assigned territory through managing its Account & Maya Agent.
  • Operationalize cascaded plans by creating strategies as suitable to the area.
  • Ensure that all partners and agents are trained and knowledgeable of our product and use cases including Maya Bank products for retail agents.
