Territory Sales Representative Location: GTA Reports to: VP of Sales Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus structure Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to own and grow a defined market through direct, in-person engagement with retail partners.
This role is responsible for driving distribution, visibility, and share across convenience, gas, dispensary, and specialty retail channels.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing their territory as a business — balancing relationship management, execution excellence, and new business development.
This is an ideal role for a sales professional who thrives in the field, builds strong retail relationships, and consistently delivers measurable commercial results.
Regular inter-provincial travel is required for this role.
