Effective Channel Management for Business Growth by increasing dealer Loyalty (Satisfaction and Share of Wallet).

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grower Management:
- Conduct Field Advisory Service with target farmers (min. 5/day)
- Conduct Farmer Meetings with target farmers (min. 16 /month)
- Effective utilization of Field Promoters
Channel Engagement:
- Prepare Sales and Product Consumption Plan and ensure execution to achieve monthly sales targets
- Carry out Channel Activities for smooth and timely channel operations
- Agreements and CPBP
- Sales and Collection
- Stock Management / availability | Channel Inventory Management
- Branding / Shelf space / Bayer Visibility
