Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – DACS
Location: Assigned Territory in Maharashtra
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage dealers and distributors.
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and market audits.
- Execute promotional activities and company schemes.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Support and guide Area Sales Executives (ASEs).
- Submit sales reports and market feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- MBA Freshers can apply.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or FMCG.
