Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – DACS

Location: Assigned Territory in Maharashtra

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Appoint and manage dealers and distributors.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and market audits.
  • Execute promotional activities and company schemes.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Support and guide Area Sales Executives (ASEs).
  • Submit sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • MBA Freshers can apply.
  • 3–7 years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or FMCG.
