Job Description

The Territory Manager will be a collaborative, customer-focused sales professional who works closely with Parts, Service, and Administration teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Preference will be given to candidates with prior agricultural or construction equipment sales experience - or a strong machinery sales background—combined with a genuine passion for the agriculture and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with customers within the assigned territory through regular on-site visits, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to farmers and contractors by understanding their operations, challenges, and long-term goals, and recommending appropriate equipment and solutions.
