Role & Responsibilities:

Area of Responsibility:

  • Achieve volume and revenue sales targets across all product lines by implementing distribution strategies at the RDS (Rural Distribution System) level
  • Monitor the quality of distribution through the RDS Sales Executive (SE) team
  • Strengthen relationships with key retail customers to drive loyalty and sales
  • Track and report on competitor schemes, programs, and market activities
  • Ensure consistent stock availability at both RDS and retail levels in line with company norms
  • Execute trade and promotional activities to enhance channel partner engagement and market presence
  • Expand distribution by increasing the number of retail outlets (MBOs) in both existing and new geographies
