Territory Manager
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Regularly investigate market situation via business trip, report, meeting and other information sources for any deemed necessary actions.
• Develop and deploy resources to ensure efficient support to achieve the target.
• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sufficient and efficient supports to achieve the target under the company direction.
• Regularly visit customers to build and sustain good relationship and business.
• Provide and regularly update a monthly rolling sales forecast to Area Sales Manager.
WHO YOU ARE:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agriculture or Business Administration.
• 1-3 year-experience in sales / promoter in Agrochemical market.
• Sufficient skills in negotiation, problem solving, decision making and coaching.
• Sufficient command of English.
