Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (+5 years), preferably within the automotive, truck, mining, construction or spare parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of truck parts, components, and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to create tailored sales strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within the territory.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
