Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (+5 years), preferably within the automotive, truck, mining, construction or spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of truck parts, components, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to create tailored sales strategies.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within the territory.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
