What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a motivated sales team.

  • Plan and execute sales strategies with the Market Territory Manager.

  • Configure routes, monitor KPIs, and ensure flawless execution of marketing programs.

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and business partners.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (fmcg) industry.
