Terminalling Associate

I. Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend to the dispatching operations covering the various activities of in-plant scheduling of dispatches, pipe & valve line-up, filling, sealing, weighing, documentation and plant to plant transfers of product.
• Direct the conduct of movement of trucks and observance by the driver and terminal support personnel of the traffic, loading and safety rules and regulations pertinent to dispatching and receiving of product.
• Quantity and quality assurance oversight for bulk cargoes coming in, in storage and withdrawals from terminal.
• Coordination with internal customers relevant to the day to day delivery/transfer schedule and forecast.
• Coordination with haulers for road tankers' availability and schedule.
• Road tanker nomination and planning tanker turnaround to ensure 100% delivery outturn.
• Recall of documents for filling and distribution thereof copies to their respective recipients.
