What's The Role
Shell is seeking a Terminal Operations Administrator to join its team at the Shellburn Terminal.
The Terminal Operations Administrator (TOS) for the Burnaby Terminals / Bare Point Terminal will be part of an 18-person team responsible for delivering safe and reliable operations to support Shell's fuel customers in the local market. Ensuring adherence to both Shell and regulatory compliance requirements maintaining Shell's License to Operate is essential.
This role serves as a key interface with Marine, Truck Carriers, and Rail companies. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational processes, administering the Terminal Automation System (TAS), overseeing inventory management, entering payroll, and procuring goods and materials. In addition, the role will be responsible for managing three asset locations.
