Our client is a Quebec conglomerate that has been in business for over 150 years. They are looking to hire a Terminal Manager for their operation in Sept-Îles who will be primarily responsible for all terminal activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the quality of services provided to all passengers.
• Managing the reception, storage, and distribution of goods efficiently.
• Establishing work schedules and training for new employees.
• Resolving daily operational issues.
• Managing the terminal budget, including justifying equipment investments.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and work methods.
• Participating in all activities and committees related to health and safety.
