We are currently looking for a Terminal Manager for our Pickering Terminal.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
Salary: Salary will be based on experience

Manage, coach and train personnel
Coach, train and mentor your supervisors
Manage Operating budget, P&L responsibility and Performance KPIs
Daily Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound
Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
Previous Management experience in the Transportation or Courier Industry is a must
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to exercise initiative, multitask and work well as part of a team
Organized and detail oriented
Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
