What you will be doing:

• Lead daily terminal operations, ensuring e?fficient yard flow, transload execution, and adherence to operating plans.
• Actively manage congestion, dwell time, and work sequencing to maximize throughput.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.
• Ensure service commitments are met while maintaining safe and orderly terminal conditions.

Labour Planning & Execution

• Plan and deploy labour e?ectively to meet workload demands without unnecessary headcount increases.
• Provide clear direction and expectations to Lead Hand(s) and yard personnel.
• Monitor productivity and adjust stating, sequencing, or work methods as required.
• Approve time, attendance, and scheduling in accordance with company policy.
