Role Overview
Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting government and private tenders, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely submissions.
& will support the sales team in solution designing, proposal creation, client presentations, and technical team co-ordination to drive deal closures.
Key Responsibilities -
Tender Management
Monitor GEM, CPPP, state portals, PSU portals, and private tender platforms
Identify relevant IT, cybersecurity, and software development tenders
Analyze RFP/RFQ/EOI documents and eligibility criteria
Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids
Sales Support
Understand client requirements and translate into technical solutions
Prepare solution proposals, technical decks, and SOWs
