Job Description
- Strong experience in cost estimation and preparing project BOQs & quotations
- Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements accurately
- Experience in coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Solid knowledge of pricing, cost control, and market rates
- Ability to prepare technical and financial proposals
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Primavera is a plus)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience: 5–10 years in estimation/tendering within construction companies (mandatory)
