Tendering Engineer

Position: Tendering & Pre-Tender Estimation Engineer – Infrastructure & Road Construction

We are seeking an experienced Tendering & Pre-Tender Estimation Engineer to join our infrastructure and road construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading pre-tender studies, preparing accurate estimates, pricing quotations, developing competitive tender submissions, and supporting commercial proposals for infrastructure, road construction, road marking, traffic safety, highway maintenance, and related projects. The role is mainly based in Sharjah , with business operations and project opportunities across the UAE .

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements at the pre-tender stage.
• Carry out detailed pre-tender assessments, scope reviews, and bid evaluations to identify project requirements, risks, and commercial opportunities. ...
