Tendering Engineer

Job Summary:

The Tendering Engineer is responsible for preparing competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals in response to client inquiries and tenders. This role involves evaluating project requirements, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, estimating costs, and ensuring the timely submission of tenders. The Tendering Engineer plays a key role in securing projects and supporting the business development and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation:

· Review tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs), including technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contract conditions.

· Identify scope, risks, deliverables, and timelines.

· Prepare and submit complete tender packages (technical & commercial) within deadlines.

Cost Estimation & Proposal Development:

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs.
