Tender Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tender lifecycle including planning, preparation, submission, clarification, and post-submission follow-up for civil and marine engineering projects.
• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements to ensure full compliance.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams (engineering, QS, finance, procurement, legal, and operations) to prepare complete and competitive tender submissions.
• Prepare commercial evaluations, pricing strategies, cost estimates, and risk assessments in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Identify and assess contractual, commercial, and operational risks and incorporate mitigation measures into tender pricing and proposals.
• Track and source tender opportunities via government portals, clients, consultants, and industry networks.
• Manage tender schedules and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
