A1 Main Contractor - Infrastructure & Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full spectrum of the tendering process for major
Infrastructure
and
Changi-based
projects.
Review tender documents, scope of works, and technical specifications to ensure competitive and accurate submissions.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams, for cost estimation and value engineering.
Oversee quantity taking, cost analysis, and risk assessment for large-scale civil contracts.
Attend tender interviews and site show-rounds as the primary technical representative.
Requirements
Proven experience working with a
Main Contractor
on large-scale infrastructure projects. Direct experience with
Changi Projects
or similar high-security/aviation environments is highly advantageous. In-depth knowledge of local construction r...
