Tender - Contract Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & Contract Executive to support tender pricing, outsourcing activities, and vendor management.

The role plays a key part in preparing competitive quotations and ensuring tender compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing models, cost analysis, and quotations
• Review tender documents and commercial requirements
• Support tender submissions including ePerolehan
• Source, liaise, and negotiate with external vendors
• Perform market price benchmarking and cost comparison
• Coordinate with customers to clarify scope and requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in tendering, pricing, or sourcing
• Familiar with ePerolehan and contract documentation (preferred)
