WE’RE HIRING | TENDER ADMINISTRATOR

Pinetown, Durban R12 000 – R14 000 + Commission + Fuel reimbursement for business travel (Salary negotiable based on experience) Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Administrator to manage the end-to-end tender process nationally. Key Requirements:
  • Previous tender administration/coordinator experience
  • Strong admin, organizational & document formatting skills
  • Experience working on tender portals & procurement systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to interpret tender specs & compliance documents
  • Basic financial understanding for pricing/costing schedules
Beneficial:
  • Experience within the training and/or fire safety industry
  • Experience with government procurement, construction, engineering, or professional services
