Tenant Relations Specialist

Job Purpose:

Your main focus is building and maintaining a strong relationship with our tenants, helping their businesses thrive. You will be responsible for ensuring that tenants follow the Company's Policies and Guidelines. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that tenants are supported through promotions, advertising, and other activities to boost sales. You will also conduct regular reviews of tenant accounts to meet business strategic and financial goals.

Educational Requirement:

• Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management or similar fields

Experience Requirement:

• At least 2 years of work experience in customer service, administrative management services, tenant relations, property management or any other related work
