Tenancy Support Worker

This Floating Support Worker – Outreach Services position offers the chance to support refugees and individuals resettled through local and national refugee programmes across Nottinghamshire County Council Areas, helping them to develop independence, sustain accommodation, improve wellbeing, and successfully integrate into local communities. The role operates on a rolling contract, providing consistent and stable work.
You'll be delivering person-centred, strengths-based floating support through regular home visits, appointments and multi-agency working, enabling clients to overcome barriers to independence while working within a trauma-informed framework.
