The role

In this role you will be required to manage cases of housing related anti-social behaviour and work as part of a neighbourhood team to help deliver safe and sustainable communities. You will be required to support the team in meeting all relevant expectations and standards relating to the social housing regulator and tenant satisfaction measures; complaints within scope of the housing ombudsman service; safeguarding adults and children and managing a diverse range of neighbourhoods through positive estate management.
