Job Summary
Reporting to the Director and Associate Director of Communications, the temporary Staff Representative is responsible for coordinating and delivering member engagement initiatives by supporting committees, campaigns, events, communications, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Committee support: support elected leaders, staff leads, and member activists in the planning and delivery of BCGEU committees, roundtables, conferences, and related member engagement initiatives; assist with agenda development, logistics, participant communications, materials, follow-up, and evaluation.
