Join our team as a Temporary Registrar focused on student services. Manage registration processes and oversee data management for students in Melfort or Tisdale.
In this full-time position, you will work under the Manager of Post-Secondary Education, coordinating all aspects related to registration services. Your responsibilities include maintaining student records, managing transcripts, and facilitating statistical reporting. Additionally, you will provide support to students through assistance programs and training staff on system use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the registration and admissions process
• Manage data in the Student Information System
• Oversee student mark and transcript management
• Provide staff training on system functionality
• Ensure accurate statistical reporting for student services
