Job Description

  • Greet guests and employees in a friendly and helpful manner;

  • Receive and direct calls, conveying exemplary phone etiquette;

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments, completing online waybills, customs declaration forms, and monitoring delivery status;
