Greet guests and employees in a friendly and helpful manner;
Receive and direct calls, conveying exemplary phone etiquette;
Maintain the general reception area, ensuring a professional and tidy appearance;
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments, completing online waybills, customs declaration forms, and monitoring delivery status;
Record and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers;
