Our client is an established not-for-profit organisation seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in preparing two newly built homes. You will be instrumental in ensuring the properties are fully set up, furnished, and operational in line with established organisational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing all required items to fully set up two newly built homes
  • Placing orders with approved suppliers 
  • Coordinating deliveries and being onsite to receive goods
  • Providing access for installations and trades as required
  • Following established property setup procedures
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure homes are move-in ready
  • Assisting with general property-related administrative tasks
