Temporary Maintenance Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Temporary Maintenance Manager to join The Gardens team in Qualicum Beach, B.C.

Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm . Sometimes on-call (emergency) so preferably to live close by.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in building or facility maintenance.

Knowledge of and capability to complete tasks relating to general painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and gardening.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
