Responsibilities
- Provide executive support on the day-to-day operations of human resources management including recruitment and appointment, remuneration and benefits administration, training administration, etc.
- Coordinate and support implementation of staff engagement and recognition initiatives in HA.
- Provide executive support in meetings, prepare presentation files and analyze data for management reporting.
- Coordinate the general office administration of the team.
- Support ad hoc projects and any other related duties.
Entry Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent.
- Formal education in human resources management or related discipline.
- Conversant with Employment Ordinance.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
