The Good Spirit School Division Invites Applicants for Temporary Human Resources Advisor

The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for delivery of human resource services in support of instructional and non-instructional staff. They serve as a primary point of contact to administration and staff in a variety of functional areas with emphasis on recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee and labour relations, attendance management,workplace accommodation, reporting and general HR support. This position participates in data collection, research, interpretation, and administration of collective agreements and administrative procedures.

April 1, 2026 to October 29, 2027

Contract Details

Temporary Full Time; 7.5 hours per/day

Salary Details

In accordance with OOS Salary Grid.
