Temporary Home Care Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our company and the veterans we serve. You will be responsible for delivering essential Veterans Affairs (VA) medical products directly to patients' homes, ensuring they are comfortable with their equipment, and providing critical education on the safe operation of home oxygen therapies.

Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative tasks and processes in relation to patients and monthly follow-ups, including acquisition of new customers.
• Manage patient appointments for routines, home sleep studies, CPAP, and confirm delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery and connection of equipment to home patients.
• Advise customers on all aspects of our products and conduct training courses, performing demos of diagnostic tools and equipment.
