 Temporary Head Chef
Seaton, Devon

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Temporary Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a busy pub in a beautiful coastal village near Seaton, Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Head Chef who can step into a fast-paced kitchen, lead from the front, and maintain high standards throughout a 10-week assignment.

The Role
  • Lead and manage a kitchen team of 5 chefs and 2 kitchen porters
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, menu consistency, and kitchen standards
  • Manage stock ordering, food safety, compliance, and kitchen administration
  • Inspire, support, and motivate the team to deliver an outstanding dining experience
