Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOn site support at the Atlas Ramos assembly plant to act as liaison between our production team and John Deere.The estimated time frame needed is 3 to 6 months.This resource would be a full‐time employee during this period working an 8‐hour shift Monday‐Friday.Primary point of contact for John Deere's IJD division, supporting during onsite visits.Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email or other channels.Order management.Expedite material when necessary.Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.Follow up on pending issues until resolution.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements and Preferred SkillsBachelor's degree in International Business, Administration or related field.0–1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a fast‐paced customer service environment.Verbal and written communication skills.Empathy and ability to handle difficult situations with pat...
